Dr. Mohan Bhan is an industry veteran and brings with him rich experience of more than 20 years spanning across Semiconductor and Solar Industries. His strength is the deep domain expertise at the intersection of technology, business and operations. His professional qualification includes B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Applied Physics and Electronics. He has completed Ph.D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in the development of a-Si based photovoltaic materials for photovoltaic applications. For his innovative research work, he has received 13 US Patents in the field of Semiconductor Wafer Processing. He has authored >23 research articles in various international journals. He has organized and chaired International Conference on dielectric materials for semiconductor processing hosted by American Vacuum Society. Dr. Bhan is currently working as Vice President of Engineering and Technology at Moserbaer Photovoltaic India Ltd. and managing Applied Materials 50MW "Sun Fab" turnkey line for amorphous silicon thin film photovoltaic module production. Before joining Moserbaer, he worked at Applied Materials Inc., USA for >13 years where he held various technical, marketing and business management positions. In the past, he has also worked at Imperial College of Science and Technology, London and at CERN, Geneva.
