Sunil is the Chief Operating Officer of Green Infra. He has over 27 years of experience in the engineering industry, particularly in the auto and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Green Infra, he had a long career in various positions with Escorts Ltd., a reputed diversified business group. His last position was as Associate Vice President (Marketing, Exports and Sourcing) of Escorts' Engineering Division. He has extensive experience in business development, both in the domestic and international markets, and in handling commercial negotiations with customers and vendors alike. He has been actively involved in strategy planning, collaborations and identifying new business opportunities.

At Green Infra, he has been instrumental in developing and commissioning the company's 24 MW wind farm in Tamil Nadu under a Group Captive Concept and implementing another 40MW project in Gujarat under similar concept. Under his leadership, Green Infra recently acquired a 100 MW portfolio of operating wind assets from the British multinational BP, taking its total generating capacity to 124 MW and establishing Green Infra as India's leading renewable energy independent power producer (IPP).

Sunil has a passion for Green Energy, cricket and music.

Sunil is a Mechanical Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi and holds an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
